We are delighted to announce, that last night Incremental Group won a prestigious Glasgow Business Award. Incremental was named the winner of the Fair Work (51 employees or over) category, sponsored by Glasgow City Council.
The Glasgow Business Awards are an annual celebration of excellence shown by Glasgow businesses and an opportunity to celebrate success. Last night’s awards ceremony took place at Hilton Glasgow and was attended by many other Scottish businesses.
Incremental was acknowledged for being committed to putting in place policies and practices that improve the working lives of employees and in turn made direct improvements to the performance and productivity of the business. The Glasgow Business Awards states “Fair Work businesses are leading the way in helping to make Glasgow the most productive city economy in the UK in a way that works for everyone”.
Incremental was recognised for demonstrating working practices and policies across five key areas: Having a Voice at Work; Opportunity at Work; Security at Work; Fulfilment at Work and Respect at Work. Incremental demonstrated this commitment through its policies which support diversity and flexible working and its partnership with the Woman Returners programme and signing of the Scottish Business Pledge.
