FY21 saw Incremental successfully navigate the challenges of the Covid-19 pandemic and deliver a remarkably successful year. We continued our momentum of securing new clients, including a number of enterprise organisations. We also continued on our acquisition path welcoming Redspire, an independent Microsoft Dynamics partner with deep domain knowledge within the Financial Services sector, to the group, bringing our current headcount to 200 Incrementalists.
In FY20 we secured 60 new customers, increased sales orders by 30%, whilst delivering 7% revenue growth. As we look to the year ahead, the imperative for organisations to accelerate digital transformation has never been greater and, standing side-by-side with Microsoft, we are well positioned to maximise the surge in market opportunity. We experienced a number of external and internal challenges in the year but have continued to invest in and have successfully restructured the business for the next phase of our journey.
FY2019 has seen us continue to build on the momentum from a successful FY2018. We have continued to accelerate growth and achieved our strategic objectives positioning us well for the year ahead. Our commitment to delivery excellence remains critical to our success as we focus on helping our customers digitally transform, one step at a time through Microsoft.
FY2018 was a successful year that provided Incremental with a solid platform for further significant growth. A strong sense of purpose, vision, ambition and values have driven revenues up by 60% and increased EBITDA by almost 100%.
