This framework was developed to give all public sector organisations access to suppliers of technology services, such as: technology strategy, service design, transition and transformation and operational services.
The Technology Services 2 framework is designed for every public sector customer’s ICT service requirements. It covers services from the smallest of IT needs from replacing and managing a small desktop computer estate to the replacement of larger and more critical central government systems.

Incremental Group is a Digital Outcomes and Specialists 5 supplier, available via the Digital Marketplace.
Digital Outcomes and Specialists 5 or DOS5 as it is commonly known, is a dynamic style framework with the specific aim of helping the public sector buy, design, build and deliver digital outcomes using an agile approach, by procuring the appropriate specialist resource to deliver agile software development.
It is available to all public sector organisations, including agencies and arm’s length bodies, across Scotland, England, Wales and Northern Ireland. Incremental Group is on lots 1, 2, 3, and 5. These lots provide access to teams to build and support a digital service and individual specialists to deliver a specific outcome with defined deliverables on a service, programme or project.
Scottish Government Digital Services Dynamic Purchasing System
The Scottish Government Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) supports the Scottish Governments digital strategy and provides access to digital skills as well as supporting the delivery of digital projects. It is available to Central Government, Health, Local authorities, Universities and colleges, Third Sector (voluntary organisations and charities registered in Scotland) and other public bodies to use.
