Incremental has been awarded Microsoft’s Business Application Solution Partner delegation and, for the second consecutive year, the Small and Midsize Business Management specialization.
In October 2022, Microsoft announced that it was transforming its partner program from the Microsoft Partner Network to the Microsoft Cloud Partner Program. As part of this evolution, Microsoft also announced it was retiring its Silver and Gold competencies and replacing them with the introduction of its Solution Partner Designations.
Microsoft said, “This announcement is about more than a name; this change better reflects the enormous and ongoing transition of business operations to the cloud, and how Microsoft intends to support partners in the future. It aligns our partners’ go-to-market motions with the way customers buy today.
Telefónica Tech UK&I, which includes both Incremental and Adatis, has obtained several designations in various areas of the Microsoft Cloud Partner Program since its introduction. These areas include:

Recognising Incremental as a Solutions Partner for Business Applications
Incremental is delighted to share that it has been awarded the Microsoft Solutions Partner designation for Business Applications. Small and Midsize Business Management specialization
The Small and Midsize Business Management advanced specialization was first introduced in 2021 and was originally awarded to Microsoft partners who demonstrated their experience within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Prior to the introduction of Microsoft’s new partner program, Microsoft advanced specializations were awarded on related gold competencies that validated and differentiated a partner’s capability to deliver tailored customer solutions and technical support in specific solution areas with high customer demand.
Today, “advanced specializations” are called “specializations,” – the requirements of which are now associated with a partner’s achievement of the required Solutions Partner designation.

Incremental is delighted to achieve this award for the second consecutive year. As previously stated, to receive this award Incremental first had to attain a Solution Partner designation for Business Applications. Incremental then had to demonstrate to Microsoft its deep knowledge, extensive experience and proven success in providing cloud-based business applications to small and midsize businesses.
