Technology leaders and super-users come together to Microsoft’s Edinburgh office for Incremental’s Fusion Forum
On Tuesday 14 March, Incremental held its Fusion Forum event for its customers, prospects and partners, with the theme of the day being doing more with less, with Microsoft. Hosted by Incremental CEO – Mark Skelton – the event featured a lineup of knowledgeable Incremental speakers and a Microsoft keynote speech that all spoke to the event theme.

Incremental’s Sheena McHardy delivered a session on transformational change and the power of your people. The session focused on why early-stage consideration of transformation management can radically impact a project and how to use the tools you already have to empower a successful culture of change. Sheena commented, “It was great to be back out on the road again for Incremental’s latest Fusion Forum event, meeting fellow Incrementalists and customers. Presenting at the event gave me the opportunity to share my passion for my role and I hope attendees had as good a time listening to my session as I did presenting it!”
Other sessions from the event included: Selecting the right tools to reduce cost and complexity with Jason Logan and, Transforming customer service with one unified platform with Iain Kennedy and Toby Harris.
The event also involved a networking lunch, giving presenters and attendees alike the chance to get to know likeminded individuals and discuss the day’s sessions. The day closed with an expert panel session, featuring Sheena McHardy (Incremental), Steven Grier (Microsoft) and Joanne Graham (Chest, Heart and Stroke Scotland) who took questions from the floor on how, by leveraging technology, we can all do more with less.
