Connecting with talented students to give them an opportunity to find out more about Incremental, current jobs and upcoming graduate opportunities.
On Thursday 29th September, members from the Incremental People team attended The University of Edinburgh’s Discover Careers Fair in the McEwan Hall in Edinburgh.

Discover Careers is a drop-in exhibition style event inspiring students to get thinking about all things careers, jobs and employability. Spanning 3 days, it’s The University of Edinburgh’s biggest event of the year, with something to offer all students. This includes the chance to:
- Meet over 100 employers
- Discover people, events and resources to help with career decisions throughout university studies and after graduation.
With over 1,000 people attending the Fair each day, there was a good mix of students from all subject areas and year groups who came along to visit the Incremental stand and have a chat with our Incrementalists.

The Discover Careers Fair was a brilliant opportunity for Incrementalists to spread the word on the newly formed Dynamics Academy – a training academy designed to help graduates embark on a successful career in consulting with Microsoft Dynamics. As well as explaining the countless opportunities starting a career in tech with Incremental can bring, our Incrementalists also held a prize draw to win some Lego.

Speaking of the day, Senior People Business Partner – Kimberley Watson – commented, “I can speak on behalf of the full team when I say we had a great time at the Discover Careers Fair.
