Now in its 9th year, Scotland’s annual Financial Technology Summit officially launches the Scotland Fintech Festival. Taking place at Dynamic Earth in Edinburgh on Thursday 15th September 2022, the event is Scotland’s largest annual gathering of financial technology leaders in the country.
The 2022 event will focus on the role of financial innovation in the socio-economic recovery, in a world that has been impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic. The conference will reflect on this period of significant volatility for the Financial Services community; considering the key changes, challenges and market disruptions, and discussing the opportunity for Fintech to help the country to build back better.
With the last two years having witnessed incredible financial innovation and acceleration – for example, the mass shift to mobile banking and cashless payments – the conference’s agenda is set to cover a variety of insightful topics.
Incremental is delighted to be aiding this conversation with its breakout session: ‘Digitising the Client Onboarding Process’. Hosted by Jamie Logue, Head of Banking Delivery at Incremental and Richard Gaster, Business Applications Specialist at Microsoft, the session will discuss the drivers, challenges and benefits of digitising with Financial Services. The interactive session will go into detail of how Incremental and Microsoft helped its FSI customers fully digitise the client onboarding process, amidst a backdrop of the Covid-19 pandemic.
Other sessions include speakers from Starling Bank, NatWest and FinTech Scotland.
