Incremental to host discovery day to support women in reskilling or returning to work in a tech role or company.

In collaboration with Microsoft TechHer, Incremental will host a Women in Tech Discovery Day on Friday 22nd July, from 10.30-14.00 at its Glasgow office. The event will provide women with opportunities and insights into what it’s like to work in a tech company. It’s also a chance for women to meet likeminded individuals who are returning to, or entering tech roles.

Incremental’s discovery day has been designed for women at all stages of their career, no matter their background. Come along for: networking, presentations from Incremental senior female leaders, learning pathways and networks to help you connect and gain employment in the technology sector.

Speaking of the upcoming Glasgow-based event, Incremental’s Corporate Development Director, Jennifer Adams said, “With the increasing demand for women in IT, I’m thrilled that Incremental can support and host such a worthwhile event. Our commitment to ensuring a diverse workforce helps us deliver the best possible solutions for our customers. Taking a creative approach to where and how we secure and develop talent is crucial to our successful growth.”

Incremental’s Head of Marketing and speaker at the Discovery Day, Rebecca Court, also commented, “I am delighted to be speaking at Incremental and Microsoft’s TechHer event. It’s a great opportunity to share my experience of the tech sector and the fulfilling and demanding career it has given me. I am truly passionate about encouraging more women into the tech industry, so I am excited to meet with those looking to do so.”
