Incremental celebrate all things LGBTQ+ in honour of Pride month
Every June, people all over the globe come together in love and friendship to celebrate and support lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer/questioning (LGBTQ+) people, most commonly known as ‘Pride.’
Getting involved and to show support, Incremental Group decorated offices up and down the UK with the well-known 6-colour Pride flag, rainbow bunting and Pride themed music played daily throughout the month of June.

On 28 June, Associate People Business Partner – Paula Dunlop and Marketing Manager – Cara Burns, cohosted a ‘Proud to support Pride’ session which covered; Pride history, diversity and inclusion at Incremental and a Pride quiz. The session was informative, interactive and a chance for colleagues from across the business to come together to celebrate Pride month, virtually and in-person.

Getting in the spirit, Office Manager Kevin Watson, arranged for rainbow cupcakes to be delivered to all Incremental offices across the UK to be enjoyed during the Pride session that took place.
