Incremental is honoured to have been accepted into the 2020/21 Microsoft Inner Circle for the second year in a row.

For the second consecutive year, Incremental has been named a member of the prestigious Inner Circle for Microsoft Business Applications partners. Membership in this elite group is based on achievements that place Incremental in the top one per cent of Microsoft’s Business Applications global network of partners. Inner Circle status is a clear recognition of Incremental’s high standard of excellence in delivering value-adding solutions that help organisations digitally transform, innovate and grow.

“Your outstanding performance has placed you in an elite group of our most strategic Microsoft Business Applications partners from across the globe,” said Cecilia Flombaum, Microsoft Business Applications Lead. “I want to thank you for your deep commitment and devotion to your customers, as well as your commitment to business excellence. We are extremely excited to have you a part of this group.”

Neil Logan, Incremental’s CEO said. “I’m delighted Incremental has achieved Inner Circle for Microsoft Business Applications for the second year running. None of this would be possible without the great work Incrementalists do for our customers. Last year, being part of the Inner Circle, gave us early access to information about Microsoft solutions and strategies. In these unprecedented times, having the benefit of this insight made a world of difference to our customers and their technology strategies. We’re delighted to be able to continue to offer this increased level of service and support to our customers.”

A year of many successes

Incremental’s inclusion in the Inner Circle comes on the back of a successful year of accolades, with Incremental being named by Microsoft as the UK’s top-performing business applications lead generation partner.

Incremental was also the first UK partner to host an online Customer Insights in a Day Workshop with Microsoft, helping customers to build a customer data platform in just one day.

Incremental has also succeeded in achieving a 143% increase in Year to Date (YTD) Dynamics license revenue and is continuing to expand across the UK, notably expanding its presence in Manchester.

Incremental was selected for Inner Circle membership, in part, due to its wide Microsoft capabilities spanning the full Microsoft stack. Incremental is one of the few UK Partners to support a range of Dynamics 365 solutions, Azure, Power Platform, Data and AI and Modern Workplace technologies.

Incremental is dedicated to equipping government and industry organisations with the tools and technologies they need to digitally transform. Incremental holds gold competencies across six categories, including Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).

Incremental provides implementation, training and consultation throughout the UK for small, midsize and corporate organisations using business enterprise applications.
