On Wednesday 11th March, Incremental made the decision to close all its offices, stop face-to-face meetings and cancel all business travel until further notice in order to reduce the risk of infection and ensure continuity of service during the coronavirus (Covid-19) outbreak. Overnight 120 Incrementalists became home based workers for the foreseeable.
Our first thought is and will always be about ensuring the health and wellbeing of our people, their families and our customers. We believe that this action does that, but we will continue to monitor government guidelines closely. Our leadership team is meeting (virtually!) daily to review the latest developments and take action as required.
As a modern technology services business, we have the technology readily available and in daily use that enables every person within our organisation to be able to work effectively no matter where they are.
Our focus remains on ensuring our customers get the same high-quality service they have come to expect from us. We remain very much open for business. Our people are working well using Microsoft Teams to collaborate with each other and our customers and work as we do when we are in the office.
