To mark World Mental Health Day on 10 October, Incremental held a ‘Tea & Talk’ event in each of our Inverurie, Glasgow and Northwich offices to support the Mental Health Foundation. These events give employees time to gather together and discuss their feelings, and the topic of mental health more generally. As part of this, Mental Health First Aiders Deborah Murray, Sheena McHardy and Mike Pacy offered their support and shared tips with the attendees to help positively impact mental health.
Incremental is proud to promote and support a healthy work life balance, and as part of this, ensure that our Incrementalists feel supported with both their physical and mental health. Most of Incremental’s line managers are qualified Mental Health First Aiders, having attended a course to ensure they understand mental health conditions and can support their reports and other employees who may need it.
As well as offering Mental Health First Aid training to all employees, Incremental is also proud to offer a range of benefits that support positive mental health, including flexible working, unlimited paid compassionate leave, and private medical insurance that provides access to counselling should it be required.
