Incremental Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Richard Logan to its board as Non-Executive Director.

As Group Finance Director at iomart, one of Scotland’s most successful technology companies, Richard implemented a successful buy-and-build strategy in a fragmented market, guiding the cloud computing company to an estimated £104m revenue in FY19.  As a qualified chartered accountant with a strong background in digital businesses, he was chosen as the Smaller Quoted FD of the Year at the 2013 ICEAW FD Excellence Awards.  Richard is also a Non-Executive Director at Inspired Energy Plc, and advises the board of Novosco Limited.

Richard Logan said,

“I am delighted to be joining Incremental Group as Non-Executive Director at a time of rapid adoption of digital technologies by organisations in a fragmented Microsoft partner market.  I was immediately impressed with the Incremental team, their approach and vision.  Combined with strong investor backing, Incremental is perfectly placed to maximise the market opportunity and I am looking forward to supporting their growth journey.”

Neil Logan, Chief Executive Officer of Incremental Group said,

“Richard’s advice will be invaluable to me and the rest of the board as we continue to execute our organic and acquisitive growth strategy.  His experience in successfully executing buy-and-build strategies is particularly relevant.”

Incremental Group was officially launched in November 2016 and the digital technology services company is one of Microsoft’s fastest growing UK partners.
