Microsoft Azure is one of the most powerful platforms on the planet. It offers users a wide range of services to support infrastructure, applications, data and AI. Microsoft is making this platform more accessible than ever and is now making many of the services free to try.

If you sign up for Azure by creating a free account, you get $150 of credit to spend on Azure services (needs to be spent in the first 30 days). A range of services are available for free for the first 12 months for some of Azure’s most popular products and a wide range of services that are always free.

The services obviously come with consumption limits which once hit require payment to continue using them. You can extend the life of your services and reduce any costs by operating them, where possible, outside of work hours. Even with this in mind the service gives you the ability to try new things very quickly and for free, which will help your IT teams discover different ways they could benefit from the cloud platform and explore the full extent of services available.

Below we have detailed out all the services you get free access to.
